Proposal submitted for Dutch participation in European research infrastructure religious studies (RESILIENCE)

The Theological University of Apeldoorn, together with 11 other partners from Europe, is working on the creation of a research infrastructure in the field of Religious Studies. Within Europe, scientific integration is stimulated through cooperation on research infrastructures. The European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructure (ESFRI) is the strategic instrument for this purpose. An application to be considered for the ESFRI Roadmap 2021 will be submitted in mid-May 2020 in Brussels. A draft version of the application was submitted to the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) on 14 February. This body will advise the Minister of Education, Culture and Science whether RESILIENCE's proposal will be supported by the Netherlands.
